His deep knowledge of sourcing, placing, and managing healthcare professionals in both locum and permanent roles has consistently delivered successful outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
In addition to his healthcare focus, Gregory also brings a decade of strategic and hands-on experience in the IT and Telecommunications sectors, having worked across Australia, the USA, India, and Canada. This global perspective, combined with his operational and leadership acumen, enables him to drive business growth and deliver value across a wide range of industries.
Venetia – Recruitment Consultant
Venetia is a highly enthusiastic and self-motivated recruitment professional with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Since moving to Australia in 2012, she has specialised in medical recruitment, building a strong foundation in both the hospital setting and with medical recruitment agencies. The experience in compliance and recruitment has given her a deep understanding of the Australian medical system and its unique demands.
Having began her career in India, leading a recruitment team responsible for hiring across a broad range of skill sets, including data entry operators, graphic designers, client managers, financial analysts and research analysts. This diverse background has equipped her with a versatile recruitment perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to different industries and roles.
